This is a summary outline of the responsibilities required of the Client Advisory Coordinator. This description may be modified as necessary. 
 
Summary of Essential Duties
The Client Advisory Coordinator is responsible for assisting the firm’s advisory team by more effectively engaging clients within the firm’s service model - this position involves frequent client interaction.  Specific areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to the following:
                     
Client-Facing Responsibilities
  • Represent the firm’s core values of honesty, transparency, and accountability at all times when interacting with clients
  • Assist clients with properly understanding account statements
  • Assist clients with retrieving account statements, tax documents, and transactional information upon request
  • Assist clients with leveraging financial planning, investment management, account aggregation, and other technology tools
 
Team-Facing Responsibilities
  • Assist advisory team with preparing documents for client meetings
  • Assist advisory team with portfolio audits and adjustments
  • Assist advisory team with financial planning data collection
 
Requirements and Qualifications
  • License Requirements: None
    • Preferred Licenses: Series 7, Series 66
  • Detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy and follow up
  • Energetic, eager to learn, ability to collaborate with a wide range of clients and team-members
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to excel while working in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and under direction
  • Impeccable ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity
  • Exemplary planning and organizational skills
  • Effective follow-up skill, deadline-focused
