Job Description
Trihydro Corporation, an Environmental Engineering and Consulting firm, has an opening for an experienced Software Support Administrator in Fort Collins, CO. 
 
Preferred applicants will have a B.S. degree in computer science, engineering, or a technical field and have 3 years of relevant work experience.  This role will provide software support to our customers and internal team.  You will diagnose, and trouble shoot software problems and help our customers utilize our software effectively.
 
Duties include delivering user training, resolving user/customer issues, and logging software errors. You will use phone, email and chat applications to give clients quick answers to simple issues. For more complex problems that require nuanced instruction, you will contact clients via phone and/or provide clear, written instructions and technical manuals.
 
This position is also open to Laramie, WY or Fort Collins, CO.  This is a full-time position with excellent benefits (including a 10% 401(k) match).
