Position:                            Recruiting Professional
Position Location:            Laramie, WY

Job description:               Applicants must have a B.S. degree in a Business-related field.  Primary responsibilities include scheduling interviews, booking travel, social media, resume review, interviewing candidates and other office & human resources responsibilities.  Applicants must have strong computer skills, a positive and outgoing personality, be deadline driven, have strong attention to detail, and have exceptional communication skills. 

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Acceptable written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Acceptable work history
  • Dependable, and the ability to work in a team environment
  • Degree or experience in a business-related field
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of state employment laws and practices
  • Acceptable driving record with the ability to travel
  • Previous experience in a similar role    
This is a full-time position with excellent benefits (including a 10% 401(k) match).
