Event Description:
Weekly 5K Run/Walk/Crawl in downtown Laramie 
*Participation is free and open to everyone. Just show up
*The weekly 5K walk/run will be held every Tuesday evening. This is an informal start time...you start your 5k when you sign in. 
*Sign in begins at 5pm and ends at 6pm. You must sign in to get credit for your run. Sign in will be held at Bare Necessities Physical Therapy at 217 South 1st St. 
*After 10 runs you will be awarded a DRC shirt (and again at 50 and 100...and 200??). The first shirting is June 5th, 6:30 at Lovejoy's
*We have partnered with Lovejoy's Bar and Grill. Every Tuesday evening they will have happy hour prices all day for runners, a rotating pasta dinner with salad for $10 and will give a free beer to go along with the free 10 run run shirt
*The route is posted on The Downtown Running Club FB page and we will have paper copies available at sign in

*At your first sign in you will sign a waiver to participate
*Run at your own risk and please obey traffic laws/do not jaywalk
*If you bring your dog please pick up after them, keep them on a leash and close to you so that they do not trip runners
*Run/walk on the right so others can pass you.
*Share the sidewalk/trail, don't run/walk 3 deep so that others can't pass you
*Be courteous and respectful to your fellow runners/walkers/strollers/kids on bikes
*this Running Club is a registered non-profit organization and a Road Runners Club of America member.
