Event Description:
Join Wyoming State Parks, Historic Sites & Trails for First Day Hikes of 2019!

Participants are urged to wear adequate clothing; most sites will offer coffee, hot chocolate, refreshments, as well as prizes and campfires at the end of the hike.

This is a kid and family friendly event; leashed dogs are welcome.  Free entry to all parks! All events subject to change. WYOutside, a partner in promoting healthy lifestyles and  year-round recreation for children and families, is a co-sponsor of First Day Hikes.  RSVP to Paul.Gritten@wyo.gov

Details for the Curt Gowdy State Park Hike:
Meet at the Curt Gowdy Visitor Center at 11:00am, then go for a 2 mile hike on Kate's trail, which is easy to moderate. For more information, please call 307-632-7946
